has been good. a little unsure how everything would go after transition from midwest to smile brands but things have been good and i am no longer unsure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is so encouraging. great ce and learning options offered. genuine concern for employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
overall, yes but pay scale could be better given the years I have been here, experience, and workload.
What are some of the best things about your team?
small team, we have fun together and support each other every way we can. We laugh and enjoy spending time together outside of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
accomplishing tasks I am given, seeing co workers and interacting with them. knowing i am doing the best i can each day for myself, my team, and the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
been with the company many years. with my experience, attention to detail, workload, and excellent work history, I feel that my compensation could be much better than what it is.
