S3, flexibility in working from home and communication from Sr. leaders on company goals and addressing events as they arise (keeping employees informed)
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning and improving on my skill sets, meeting deadlines, and most of all communicating with peers and/or manager/sr. leaders when there are ring central meetings.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Knowledgeable Manager that cares and I learn from. Work together to divide and conquer. Different skill sets that allows the team to work together and separately to reach the expected goals and deadlines.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate well when new circumstances arise which shows they care. During the pandemic while I was furloughed the weekly meetings were amazing and kept me plugged in with what was going on and recently the Mental health meetings. This also shows that they are listening to the employees.
