I have been with the company for years. I have been promoted throughout my career and believe things have been fair. I love the fact that the CEO cares and when a CEO cares it trickles down. I am happy here and that is why I stay.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love health joy. It completely replaces a representative and allows me to get things done faster.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team considers employees. Work life balance, bonuses, holidays, town halls and smile summits. The leadership team considers ways to make employees smile and reward them as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We talk and understand each other. We give each other grace and lift each other up. We understand when a person needs time off and we are intentional about asking how each person is doing.
What makes you most happy at work?
honestly, that I work from home. I think it is great that a company trust me to do my job at home. I save money on gas and am in a better mental space at home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My team does theme days of the week where we send encouraging messages, wellness tips, trivia questions and fun facts to make sure we can smile of learn something throughout the day. Our team embodies the culture.
