Vacation approval process needs improvement. Holidays should be paid. Change in 70/30 medical ins benefit is a downgrade from previous plan, making for less take home salary. Political opinions in newsletters are unwelcome, and had to remove myself from Facebook group page. Merit increase not fair.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It has been brought to attention that new hires are being compensated a higher salary, for the same position, than veteran employees. Longevity and performance should be budgeted for a salary increase that is equal to, if not more than new hires are offered.
