i love my job i really do . I did wish there was better benefits during COVID not having health insurance was a big struggle but the premium and deductions was to high to have for a family of four. i would like for better training processes to be placed for the offices

i have been with the company with 9 years i am now receiving pay rate for some one that is just coming into the company .
