We are all very passionate about what we do. We share and learn things from each other. We are multi cultural talented team. We have good leadership and we are always learning new tools and programs to make our jobs more productive.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are always learning new things to improve our positions as a recruiter. We are kept informed on important issues we all need to address. GREAT communication within the company structure. For a corporation as big as we are, it still has the culture of keeping things real with passion and caring.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my position as I communicate with the specialty doctors and I love to help them find the right opportunity for their career growth. In general I am a people person and love to help. I feel I am respected at work and I feel appreciated. There is a good vibe in our department.
