I am happy with my team and what I do each day. My peers are positive and motivate me. I love the company culture. I just wish that our offices and equipment constantly worked so we can do our job without frustration.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The Culture falls in line with my beliefs. I feel important when a member from the executive level takes my feedback into consideration from the field leaders. I think we could do better at upgrading our IT department because that does hold us back at times.

Employees from all over the country support each other. I think that our FaceBook page has really helped with that this year.
