Family-oriented atmosphere, as well as a drive to have everyone succeed together

Higher pay when doing work of a leadership position at a non-leadership position.
What makes you most happy at work?
Time left alone without supervision, or tasks that challenge me as opposed to tedious day-to-day work
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Follow ups when there are issues as well as open communication and admittance of when they make a mistake
