I am satisfied with my position as a Cephalometric Analyst. I hope for more training in my job to master the responsibilities. I do not have an immediate mentor to consult if there's any issues. I have to personally contact Dolphin because no one can help me on my team.

I love my job because it's different from all other dental positions. I'm the only Cephalometric Analyst in the company. I am underpaid in my position. I am grateful for the benefits.

I work from home and I love the fact that I am a self starter and I work well alone.

What I like best about the leadership team are the fact that they help inspire the commitment of team members to meet company goals and objectives.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been working as the only Cephalometric Analyst with SBI for 8 years. I have not been compensated in this position fairly without any help. The average salary for this position is at least $35 hourly. I'm not even close to that.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am the only Cephalometric Analyst for this company. I do not feel valued because there is no continuing education for this position. I would feel better about my compensation if I am allowed to attend conferences with Dolphin software to brush up on skills and new techniques.
