From day one, I have was greeted with kindness. I had a mentor to learn the ropes in the beginning. I have resources online and with the executive teams. Every is very approachable and helpful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The comfort that we have full benefits i.e. medical and dental. They offer a 401k and paid time off. They do offer bonus program based on team efforts.
What makes you most happy at work?
Team environment. We all have a common goal and that is the patient care. We are able to work hard and still have fun while doing it.

Communication is key for a strong team. We are able to develop strong working teams and I can call many them my friends. I look forward to going to work every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team connections! You work with your local team and we have office all over. I am able to reach out to other team and everyone is always willing to help! They are many opportunities to learn and grow with the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The encouragement and positive environment the demonstrated during the swing of the pandemic. With the constant changes they were diligent with sharing information with the changes, They understood the importance to retain staff during the slow times last year. We are stronger for it as well.
