Honestly, i feel all they care about is quantity over quality. It hurts tremendously. As somebody who tries to work hard evem with daily struggles, I feel like I am not valued as a person. Im looked as a number.

That i get paid and when i am able to take my breaks or go home

Customer Satisfaction and friendliness is a huge thing. You want to make the customer feel welcome and want to come back. I feel like my coworkers need to work on engaging more in smiling and being more apprachable
