As long as the mgrs get there bonuses they don't care about the way the employees are treated. Liked my job till the 4th day

We all feel about the same way and know what we are getting out of it

I felt like it was a good fit but that means the mgr was a good salesman
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The store looks run down I offered idea and it would take money from mgr so it was shot down. The employees have stopped caring since the upper staff don't care for us so take all that and you end up with this store
