Awful. The preferential treatment should be illegal. I've literally been harassed cause one of the preferential employers didn't like me. Got wrote up several times for the most ridiculous reasons. I'm supposed to be full time and they only give me part time hrs. 10 outta 10 do not recommend.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The customers are mostly regulars are great people.

Fast and easy but I see why now...
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not being treated horribly, getting the hours I was promised. If im expected to constantly do someone else's job from their shift I should be paid as such.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Not be petty and drama filled. Do their jobs and not make up lies to get other people in trouble for literally nothing. Treat others with respect. Work together not against.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being fair, learning what team work is, not a select few doesn't have to do their job and the rest just have to pick up their slack and if you say anything about it you get wrote up. Giving full time employees full time hours. Need more than 300 letters here.
