The main function of the job is being present and in the building and with the amount of tasks, functions and audits that need to be followed up on, it feels impossible to not be in the building.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The level of pay for level two store managers in comparison to level one store managers. Store managers all have the same job to do, the amount of food sales you do should not be the qualifying factor when we are all responsible for the same functions, audits and often time have less qualified help
