I enjoy working for the company but I feel we always overcomplicate tasks. We should be focused on being in stock, clean and customer service. We get bogged down with endless reports, emails and conference calls that keep us from the sales floor.

I love the interaction with my team and the customers. I do not like the fact we are driven by audits and lists. It feels like we manage to stay off lists
