We can speak freely and openly in a genuine effort to improve
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They've acknowledged the importance of the life/work balance and seem to be taking measures to improve that for the store level managers
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could not choose a neutral answer for the pay question. I cannot speak to this yet as I have yet to truly assessed overall compensation for a full calendar year
