I started very eager to learn and grow but now i do what i have to do and make sure we are preforming just enough to beat everyone else i do not look for ways to grow as i have been lead to believe there is no point
What are some of the best things about your team?
Strong managers who are likeable and fun to be around.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not curse on the phone to managment or belittle us.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I an a lower grade than a store ASM but have the same title and put in more hours.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel like i walk on eggshells and leadership is going to come at me. Nobody ever gets compliments we just get told we are bad managers.
