I started when I was 17. This was my first job and the company has allowed me to grow with it. I am thankful for the knowledge and friendships I have gotten out of it. I continue to push for further advancement as I continue to grow with the company.

Realistic approach - Coming up through the ranks and being able to understand challenges to better support the teams.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Would be nice to get the hour lunch that was once upon talked about and then never mentioned again.
