I would say as a long term associate I have no issues. Talking with new ASM's coming in the starting rate of pay is outdated at $1200 a week. Most people can easily find a $1200 a week job that does not require working nights holidays weekends. The Sunday pay for new ASM's is way outdated $250

Everyone on my team cares about winning, doing what's right and making the company successful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are honest and up front. There are no gray area's. You know what they expect with no surprises.
What makes you most happy at work?
When the day goes smooth with no issues, sales are good, no refrigeration problems and no Audits, too many as a company
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The "we can do it" attitude, and everyone lives by our values. I guess you could say making the small win's possible everyday
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the 30% incentive program that we receive on top of our base salary. The base salary alone is not worth the stress of this job.
