My experience with 30 years of service has been a great one. I have had some of the best people to work for and with. I enjoy coming to work everyday and seeing the team(s) I work with. The atmosphere / environment is that of a family. People care for each other both in and out of work.

I value the time and energy I've put into my career for the last 30 yrs. I have met lots of associates who become like family while working in the same store.

We embrace differences and are very supportive of each other.

they listen to managers and associates to implement some of the ideas given to them.

When we complete a given task and customers / associates are satisfied with a job well done.

The feeling of accomplishment seeing our customers and Associates leaving the store with a smile on their faces.

It is very comparable to others out in the market and it can be personalized to fit different needs for different people.

The interact with managers and store associates alike. They seem to really care what the associates and managers bring to their attention.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I currently work with and have worked with in the past treat each other with the utmost respect and dignity. The teams are like a family where we all assist each other with work and private matters.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect of the culture and work environment is that we are all inclusive and diverse. We support one an other with work matters as well with personal matters. Every one has a voice and everyone is listened to.
