I have been a long time employee and after you get to a certain level anymore advancement is impossible unless you fit into the expected mold whether they can do the job or not. Too many people hired from the outside that fill the roles that use to be for internals to work their way upward.

It is consistent I always know what to expect.

Getting thins accomplished and seeing that all of the teams hard work matters.

They are dependable and want to do a good job for the most part.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Benefits need to be better they are too expensive and the deductibles are high and the dental is too low for coverage.
