When we're able to provide for our customers as a team.
Long term associates that are loyal and always willing to go above and beyond
No matter the challenge or the obstacles we come together every time and prove our loyalty and commitment to our customers and the company. Unfortunately it seems like the feeling isn't always mutual
You hired Shaw's store managers at well over $100k but an ASM with 15 years of working through the ranks and proving oneself gets less than $100k to run a high volume store. It's insulting.
Culture. There are 10,000 Kpi's and lists and it's impossible to be perfect on all of them. I can be great on 9,999 lists but will get blasted and or publicly shamed via a district wide email on that 1 particular metric. It's embarrassing and degrading and ruining the culture of this company
