Great company with many years of service, love people, love the pace and the challenge. The company is good but the industry has changed with high productivity and low resources to make money and has become difficult. Also, their are less opportunities forward and the path is less lucrative
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I love our company, I love the challenges and the pace and have no problem with the high expectations as I have them for myself. I don't like our expectation sometimes without support and I wish training and diverse job opportunities were better. Work/life is tough to raise a family in.
