Getting tasks done. Even improving one thing a day is still a small accomplishment

The communication is great from management team and throughout the district. Especially if you're new on the Admin team

Most associates are in a good mood and make work more enjoyable to come to. Good atmosphere is important
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most associates go with the flow even if they don't agree with the task they're faced with. Understanding is important and we have a good handful of associates willing to learn more and grow which is great to see
