It's a challenging fast paced environment. There is constant change but teams work closely together to improve processes and make a difference. We are a big family who truly cares about each other. I've gained many skills and have been able to advance my career throughout the years.

The team communicates well. We care for each other, we have fun at work , and we share ideas collectively to improve the company

The leadership team communicates the results and sets clear goals with the team. The ongoing communication and CEO participation on town halls shows his level of commitment to making sure all teams are aligned.

What makes me most happy is collaborating with others and knowing that our work is making the company a better place. I am able to influence in a positive manner, listen to others, and empower change
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The package is fair and allows me to take care of myself and my family. There are many benefits available to me that I have not taken advantage of however I know there are there if I needed to use them. That gives me a sense of safety
