Best Part?! I don't know what to write for this.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being around the associates and customers at THIS store. Not all stores.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Friendly, positive energy and willing to put in the effort to do what's right for the business.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am not sure what to write. I don't see them much at all and when they address us it is on a conference call.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Every team has its positives and opportunitites. I love my store manager. I have learned a lot form him. The other team members on the management team are new here and I have never worked with them before.
