Well it started off slow but after 10 years I am being moved to another position which will help me to get one step closer to my goal of being a store manager.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I believe the culture is different in each district
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The cost of Living has gone up so I believe that all employees should get the raise that fits with inflation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Making a better work life balance and also ensuring that there is a human side to the way they treat their ASM's
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think it's a bad idea when everyone can see each other's pay becasue i have been retaliated against becasue of my pay rate
