The company seem to be after one thing, profit. Which dont get me wrong its important to be profitable but our teams need to feel better about where they work or we will keep losing good people . The prices are too high compared to whats around us
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make it about the associates and customers more . we dont do a good job at it
What are some of the best things about your team?
The associates for the most part are great people , if givin the chance department heads want to do there job but someone micromanaging isn letting them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better Schedules not closing 4 nights a week and closing then opening often isnt healthy , The pay doesnt equal what is expected of the staff .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat people like people not robots , When someone asks for time off no shouldnt be the first answer, or what do you need it off for ?, Better work life balance . A steady leader who isnt micro managed to the point that we are not effective at our jobs.
