I like my job and the people I work with. I feel we are told to run the store like we own it but then we are not allowed to deviate from any corporate plans. We are told in meetings that audits are there to help us improve but if we get any points off, we are questioned about why we can't follow.

I feel we all work as a team and no one stabs each other in the back

Sometimes we feel as if we are just waiting for an audit to catch us in a mistake.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the executive level cares about us as people. I feel the level below does not and the regional and district level care about us as people also
