Company has treated me very fairly. I see the work they are doing to help with work/life balance and appreciate it. As a strong contributor my perspective is the company does not do the best job making non-union associate feel secure in their roles and future with the company.

401k matching . Don't use insurance through work. Wife's family plan is more reasonably priced
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fast pace, not doing one task too long. Keeps from getting boring. Days, though long, don't drag.
