What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity. Everyone is included. We care about our staff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is plenty of communication and someone is always available to help answer questions/concerns if needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company is constantly adding more tasks/projects to our work day. Some stores are still not fully staffed causing other staffed stores to have to send coverage. I feel that salary is something that should be increased to keep us managers being pulled in many directions
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together, support each other at the work place and outside the work place, we have respect for each other, and we will ALWAYS lend a helping hand. We are eager to learn each other's roles and take the time to show each other certain aspects of our role. Couldn't ask for a better team
