It is a well known company but it is run by people that have no clue what it is like or what is going on in the actual stores.

They are real and try to do the best they can with the amount of help we have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work asked from us is over whelming and the pressure that is on us at store level we should be paid a lot more.
