When we achieve something together as a team, when we see our successes highlighted, and we know we were able to make them happen together.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team really listens, asks questions, and does their best to take into account the opinions of the associates to improve the processes and direction of the company overall.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people you get to work with are smart, motivated, and kind. The culture is chaotic and inconsistent at times, but at least allows for working with great people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is kind, hard-working, smart, and always willing to lend a hand. We are all aligned to the same goals, and even when things get tough, we can all laugh and have fun together. I truly think of many members of my team as close-personal friends.
