My experience has been very good. Politics and checking boxes are becoming too much. How about we do the job we get paid for and stop worrying about checking boxes. How about getting paid for all of our unused sick days,

We work well as a team. Even when we're working at home we work well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should be paid for the job we do. Instead we check boxes. If I was above average last year then why am I average this year. My work ethic hasn't changed and I show good results. Keep the review low to pay less.
