i like working for stop and shop but having the DCT team come in and rip you apart and tell your store stinks is not fun. there should not be a nervousness when higher ups walk in but there is because if something is one row off thats the reason you are not having sales.

the cookie cutter mold has taken the ability away for stores to try new things

Pay is good but should be a little bit more for amount of work we have to do
