Steady work available and I don't typically worry about my employment status

I think the base salary is fair and the incentive is appealing as well.

The teams that have grown with me in the company. It is always good to meet new team members but the ones that have been with you along the way are special.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy the sense of accomplishment from the work that our team does. We are faced with a number of challenges each day and we are able to adjust and still execute our goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They speak to me as a professional as well as a peer. I am not treated less than anyone else. The team sets the expectation and I know what is needed from me and my team.
