My experience at Sunnova has been very good. I enjoy working with my coworkers and the benefits that come with being a permanent are great. Our CEO is an amazing leader and someone who is very admirable. An area of improvement would be organization.

The team that I currently work in is very united and we all help each other when needed.

The idea of learning new things everyday keeps me motivated and allows me to be more comfortable in what I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the benefits that come with working at Sunnova. There's plenty of opportunity for overtime. I just wished they were more flexible in terms of schedules.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My coworkers are definitely the most positive thing about the company along with the CEO. Our CEO is someone who I admire and his townhalls really do provide the information that many of us are eager about.
