I have worked at Sunnova a little over one month. In that time, I've been impressed with the safety culture. It began with a mandatory New Hire Safety Orientation that lasted 5 days. I feel valued as a SME in my field and look forward to contributing to the success of Sunnova's future.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a new employee (less than three months) I am unable to contribute to a 401k. I would like to do this from day one regardless of Sunnova's contributions. The medical/vision/dental benefits are good.

I like how the leadership team stresses the importance of an inclusive work force and their commitment to diversity. Additionally, the leaderships presence on social media and the transparency behind their messages resonates with my core values and commitment for a sustainable future.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The best thing about my team is that they enjoy their jobs, role in the organization and they supports one another. It feels like the team was hand selected with talents and personalities in mind to ensure a collaborative, productive and fun atmosphere.
