I've been here less then 1 year so I'm still learning about the Company. As for moving up at the company, I've been more focused on my current work, Maybe I will in a year or so; I've done so at most other companies I've enjoyed working at.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I have affordable health insurance. A lot of people don't have that benefit, so I am very grateful for that.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with different people (both internally and externally). I love remote work, but most of us aren't total hermits or recluses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being able to work remotely. Yes, we may find ourselves working longer hours, but we also get more done; plus 1 less stressor - Houston traffic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're a group of artistic & creative people who enjoy working together. We all have a lot of overlapping talents so we understand what the other person is doing and are supportive of one another. I love that!!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem approachable (as opposed to the opposite). Some of the best CEO's/Sr. Exes I've had the privilege to work with have always been the ones that were approachable( they're also more believable) & the Company under their leadership was always one of the Top performers in their industry.
