There is no respect for personal time. priorities are constantly changing resulting in wasted work, which comes at the sacrifice of personal life and leadership doesn't value. The executive team is driven by monetary compensation, and that does not meaningfully trickle down. Misaligned incentives.

Bonus recognition for high performance, performance based annual raises, not leveraging employee comp to protect the company from the impacts of inflation, transparency around corporate performance and how it impacts comp.
