Overall, my experience at Sunnova has been a positive one. It has offered the opportunity to grow internally and sharpen skills I would not normally have the ability to in similar roles. While Sunnova has a positive, upbeat culture, I wish the management team would invest more into infrastructure.

The company growth is a positive step to achieving goals set by the company. I believe that there is potential to be one of the leaders is sustainable energy generation and distribution for years to come. I believe more concise advancement requirements are needed for further growth.

The desire to change the energy distribution market in a disruptive manner

What I like best about the leadership team is the progressive mindset of organizational goals and the willingness to invest time and resources into converting them from goals into realities.

My team excels in communication and teamwork, allowing for any easy everyday work setting. They are focused on accomplishing goals and the overall success of the team, rather than any negativity or outside noise.

The thing that makes me the most happy at work is the completion and delivery of implementation projects for business stakeholders. This is due to the success that is associated with the delivery of projects.

The most positive attribute of our company culture is the ability to work remotely from any locations without fear of oversight. Allowing workers to be independent and to display growth is a powerful tool that is being utilized by Sunnova.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued in my position because I am currently slated into a role that is three job grades below the work I am performing on a daily basis. I would feel better if my role more accurately reflected my in actual role.
