What makes me most happy is that I'm helping to grow a green energy future for the world. It is exciting to part of that positive change.

What I like best about the leadership team is that they are focused on making the company better through letting everyone have a say in its future, It's not led from a top-down management style, but an all inclusive style.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing I like is how helpful everyone is towards each other. We are growing fast, so it's easy to get lost in some of the changes, but thee is always someone to help answer questions, or reach out to for guidance.
