I have joined sunnova as an engineering intern for the summer, and I have learned a lot in the PV systems and quality control all while enjoying the great activities of this program such as going to the Top golf, baseball game, and the cooking class. this was an experience of a lifetime !

What is the best part about your compensation package?
the internship here was paid very fairly, they even offered a car rent and a place to stay as I came from a different country.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They were all really supportive and helpful. not to mention how interesting it was to talk with them and learn more about their diverse backgrounds. they were always happy to answer my questions whenever I needed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
As an intern at Sunnova, my experience showed me how important it is to have an effective team work environment were communication is the key to set clear goals and have everyone working on the same page.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a person who came from the middle east I was afraid I would be left out from the rest of the group as my culture might be different from the rest of the people here. however, it turned out that each person here has a unique culture and a different background.
