What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part about the compensation package is the competitive insurance rates that we are paying for a top quality insurance plan. Another wonderful surprise was seeing a monthly reimbursement on my paycheck for my personal cell phone!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My favorite thing about the leadership team is how they spell things out at every staff meeting in a way that all employees can understand. They are very positive and encouraging and that's something that I truly appreciate--especially coming from a prior job where the leadership was bitter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about my team is their flexibility and ability to help at all times. Whether you are working from home or in the office, everyone is available via Teams or email. The stress to be in the office at all times is non-existent within my team and that is an epic game changer.
