This company is growing so fast! I love the work that Sunnova does for the world as far as clean energy. My team has been the best and really the best part of the job. I do thing leadership needs to create more buy in from all departments in order to create processes that work and make sense.

My team meets regularly and is always there to support me with any questions i may have. My manager is supportive and extremely helpful!
