Overall, my experience here at Sunnova has been very positive and i have enjoyed my time here. The one thing I really ask ELT to do is give yearly cost of living raises. We will lose great people because of this policy and it is not even remotely competitive in the broader job market.

My overall experience has been excellent here at Sunnova. I often recruit people to come and join the company because of how happy i have been here. My one advice to leadership is the lack of yearly cost of living raises. that is not competitive in the job market and can cause the loss of employees

The amount of vacation/time off days that we have.

My team is very close knit and we all work very well together to hit the high goals that our department has.

They are very goal driven and do everything they can to maintain the high level of growth we have sustained over the last several years.

Performing meaningful/interesting work and projects for different departments. Our team environment which is very light hearted and fun is also a very large factor into that

Being a part of something that is growing so fast. This has given me the opportunity to be apart of several large projects that will impact change across the company.

Our environment as a whole i would say is very positive, the support my team receives from our manager and leadership is excellent and very conducive to an excellent working environment.

The environment that we have amongst my department is very positive. Management and above are very good about keeping our work life balance as even as possible. Additionally they foster a very welcome and open environment

My team works very effectively as a unit, and we all get along well. If someone needs assistance on a task several people are willing to jump in and help as needed so we can meet our goals/deadlines
