Over the last 2-3 years, the company has become more chaotic and toxic. Unfortunately the economy precludes me from easily finding another job.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We need a CEO that has experience running a public company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They see the disfunction of the ELT and work together to make things work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of my peers and team want to make the company successful. I feel the CEO and ELT are off chasing ideas that don't add value or revenue.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The culture is very chaotic. There is no planning. The CEO adds more initiatives while those in progress never get completed. The CEO needs to focus on the business and less on appearing on TV.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The LTI I've been granted is worth very little. The stock is a dog and the bonuses I've been paid in stock have lost me money. This is the fault of the CEO and CFO
