What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's good to have a PPO option and to have costs covered to the extent they are. I also appreciate 401k matching and bonuses.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We're an enthusiastic and mostly cooperative bunch, who seem to enjoy each other's company. Most of us are very good at what we do.
What makes you most happy at work?
I appreciate being able to work remotely and having focused productive time, while still having quality interactions with colleagues. I also appreciate the dynamic nature of our business and the constant flow of new challenges and creative problem solving.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company seems to genuinely value diversity. And effort is made to encourage relationship building (through events at the office, company parties, etc.). John B does a good job keeping his communications mostly upbeat (although a bit politically slanted at times). The business' success helps too!
