My team works well together, and we support each other.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I have not met with the leadership team, so it is hard to like anything "best" about them.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Nothing about the company is positive at the moment. Again, there needs to be more transparency in HR procedures and room for growth/promotion.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is no transparency in how people are promoted/given a raise or rated on performance reviews. The company also "laid off" a great leader voicing his opinion. Anonymous ethics complaints claim this is normal...

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There needs to be more transparency in the methods to get a raise or promotion. There are only certain people that can get promoted. Also, the leadership team can change your performance review because there is "no way" someone who has been with the company for a year can exceed expectations.
