Overall experience at Sunnova New Service is quite terrible. Do not plan to work here if you plan on doing great at your job only be not valued, overworked, and do not progress in your title. If you want a career that you can grow in, this is not the company for you.

Team's Humor. It is what gets us through the day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
What's going wrong is the Leadership at this company. It needs to change. Nothing improves without that change. Also getting the pay and recognition deserved for all associates that take on leaderships work.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all understand how terrible leadership is, and we bond over that. We help each other with issues we are having more than leadership does. They provide joy working at such a poorly managed company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Other departments recognize the hard work I do compared to most associates. My department thinks I am barely living up to their "high standard", so I get paid less than associates. There is not incentive to work their "high standard" when the pay is not even at a equal level to begin with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership at Sunnova New Homes needs to actually do their job. They do not do any work due to sheer laziness, poor training, and lack of skill. Their team members pick up their slack so leadership doesn't have to lift a finger. Team members go above their title & workload to get anything done.
